What I like best about this Techwork platform is that it brings tutoring business operations into a single place. Right from scheduling, student management, tutor availability, invoicing, online payments, and employee hours can be managed right from our centralised system. Specially it is very useful for businesses and service providers to handle multiple sessions and recurring lessons. Overall, their user interface is also clean and intuitive. This platform is very practical for admin and operations, but the setup may take some time if the business has complex billing or even customised lesson workflows. Some of their advanced features, addons and automation options may also require extra configuration, so it may not feel plug and play for every new user. Indigos to integration part their ecosystem should be widened so that we can integrate this platform with 3rd party apps out there, which are very aligned and available features platforms in this space.
