What do you like best about TaxValet?

100% the best thing about TaxValet is the people. It's SO reassuring to know that a human who cares is checking over everything on a regular basis and promptly replying to any inquiries. I have a team made up of a several points of contact that each specialize in different aspects of sales tax compliance, and I know exactly who I can reach out to when needed! What do you dislike about TaxValet?

For me there has been nothing but upside to TaxValet. Not only was the onboarding process smoother, the people were more knowledgeable, and I'm actually paying slightly less than I was previously. I know the cost will go up as I start reaching nexus in additional states, but I genuinely believe the peace of mind is worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TaxValet:

The TaxValet team is absolutely meticulous, with processes in place to ensure they cover every aspect of sales tax and compliance for your business. If you're growth is outpacing your ability to handle sales tax on your own, TaxValet is the only provider that I would recommend. I know my TaxValet team is worrying about every little detail and they share regular updates with me and notify me anytime something changes. Having TaxValet as my partner has completely lifted the mental burden of sales tax compliance. What problems is TaxValet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Last year my business started to scale beyond our internal capabilities when it came to sales tax compliance. To stay ahead of the curve, I onboarded with a different provider who promised to automate calculations, filings, etc. Unfortunately this software was not robust enough for the complexity of my business (multiple sales channels and both b2b and b2c) and resulted in several errors being made with calculations, registrations, and filings. What a mess! Fortunately I then discovered TaxValet who not only helped me untangle everything, but were also so thorough, communicative, and detailed during the onboarding process that I finally feel like I can stop worrying about this aspect of my business.
