I appreciate this not only because it is such a marked contrast to my previous sales tax system but also because as a business owner, I don't want to waste time trying to figure out what needs to be done. I want a sales tax expert to take as much work of my plate as possible and TaxJar has done just that. **What do you dislike about TaxJar?** Because of the new Marketplace Facilitator laws that put the burden of collecting and remitting on my marketplace, Amazon.com, I now only am required to file in 5 states but because TaxJar still has to process 100s of thousands of transactions to pull the required information for the five states, the cost is a little high. I understand why - their workload didn't diminish with the new laws. And it's still worth it to know that those 5 states are being filed correctly for me. **Recommendations to others considering TaxJar:** I believe they have a free trial period - sign up and try the dashboard for yourself.
