What do you like best about TaxJar?

It was very easy to install the app and use Tax Jar on my Big Commerce website. Any questions were answered by the customer service representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TaxJar?

If there was a disconnection between my website and Tax Jar, I did not become aware immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaxJar solving and how is that benefiting you?

My taxes are now automatically filed and I don't have to worry that about being non-compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
