What do you like best about TaxJar?

The TaxJar interface and organization of tax data are easily understandable. I can quickly gather information to complete sales tax reporting and remittance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TaxJar?

The only item I would change would be on the interface of each state report if the external link to the states reporting website were on the same page rather than being on the report a return page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TaxJar:

TaxJar is a great resource for small teams. They also have many articles and resources to assist with sales tax compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaxJar solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Taxjar for sales tax reporting across dozens of states for sales on marketplace facilitators. There is no way we could keep up with the changing policies within each state to adjust the required sales tax compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
