What do you like best about TaxJar?

great interface, and simple to understand. Set up is easy... MUCH easier than avalara. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TaxJar?

Occasional issues arise when there are tax changes, sometimes it takes a period of time to be sorted out. \*\*\*Some customer support inquiries do not get replied to or resolved in a timely fashion or at all.. we are struggling with this now, tickets we have opened without response for a couple weeks :( REally wish they can have more active support for when there are critical issues.. please help us! Recommendations to others considering TaxJar:

If you are looking to be compliant this is easy set up. WE investigated TaxJar competitors and we are happy we chosed taxjar for a business our size (we sell on amazon, ebay and website) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
