What do you like best about TaxGrit Software?

The file status visibility. Everyone on the team (owner, preparer, reviewer) sees the same stage without having to ask. Before TaxGrit, that coordination happened over email and verbal check-ins. What do you dislike about TaxGrit Software?

The initial workflow setup takes some configuration to match how your firm actually runs, it's not plug-and-play on day one. Would be helpful to have a few more pre-built templates out of the box for common T1 and T2 setups so onboarding moves faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaxGrit Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem was incomplete files landing at the preparer with no clear ownership of what was missing. That created a lot of back-and-forth, emails to clients, internal check-ins, manual tracking in spreadsheets.

TaxGrit puts the intake and document collection process in one place with a visible status, so by the time a file reaches the preparer it's actually ready.
