What do you like best about tax.com?

I use Tax.com for managing tax compliance across a multi-state commercial real estate portfolio, covering assessment, appeals, payment, and reporting all in one place, instead of scattered spreadsheets. I like that the features save the most time when applying assessment changes or accrual updates across dozens of parcels, as we can do it in one action rather than editing each record. What used to be an afternoon of manual work now takes minutes. The navigation is generally clean, and our team was using customer support within the first week without needing help. Tax.com builds on intelligent technology to flex issues in the workflow before they become filing problems, which for a portfolio our size means fewer surprises at deadline time. The automatic updates across jurisdictions help surface deadline and rule changes before they slip past us. The onboarding was more collaborative than expected, with the Tax.com team reaching out to customize the platform and implementing quality of life improvements that streamline our compliance and accrual processes rather than handing us a generic rollout. What do you dislike about tax.com?

I find the pricing for Tax.com challenging because it seems to be designed for larger enterprise operations. Smaller property teams like ours would struggle to justify the cost.
