"Easy-to-Navigate UI and a Reliable Daily Database Experience"

What do you like best about tax.com?

The user interface is easy to navigate. I work in OPT which is property tax specific. I use the database daily and have had great experiences thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tax.com?

The website can be slow at times. I use OPT to research property tax at the parcel level, and it sometimes takes a while to move from one parcel to the next using the search bars. That’s my only real complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is tax.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps all of my property tax information in one place and presents it in a way that’s easy to understand. I also like that I can grant specific access to our consultants, so they can view our database as well, but only what I’ve allowed through permissions tied to specific parcels.
