What do you like best about tax.com?

I use the RatePoint tool from tax.com to maintain all of our locations and provide tax rates for our stores, facilitating updates in our Point of Sale. I appreciate its ease of use and the simplicity it offers in managing our tax rates. It efficiently notifies us of rate changes, ensuring that our stores always have the most current rates. I am impressed by how straightforward it was to set up, with our location data uploading seamlessly, and how easy it is to make changes as needed. What do you dislike about tax.com?

I think an automated report could be helpful. Currently, we have to run the report manually as needed. If we could get a recurring monthly report that outlines any rate changes and have it delivered to us via email, it would save our team time from having to manually run the report to check for rate changes.
