The variety of ways in which subscriber lists can be segmented; and, that the "Refresh Segment" button allows you to verify the number of subscribers you are sending to when segmenting without having to save and reload the message editor page.
Additionally, when uploading new tags to Tatango, and creating A/B testing tags, the system is incredibly fast in comparison to other similar providers with whom I have worked in the past.
Customer service has always been very quick to respond to inquiries, regardless of their importance.

When added rules for segmentation, the dropdown menus are long (due to having so many options). For user experience, would be beneficial to have most recently used segmentation options populate at the top of the dropdown menu OR permit the dropdown menus to be typed into (i.e. if I want to segment by First Name, i should be able to select the menu and type, Fir.. and First Name would automatically populate).
Additionally, if multiple messaging reports could be generated simultaneously and if the reports could be sent via email (as opposed to waited for one to complete and then downloading from Tatango website). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
