What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before TaskRay, our services team didn't have insight into project burndown or billable vs non-billable resource utilization. The insights and dashboards that come out of the box are powerful for our services leaders. The flux planner also gives them an easy way to view resource utilization across the board and assign projects to users with the highest availability. Before TaskRay they were just doing this out of a spreadsheet, so the UI is a huge improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
