What I like most about TaskGlaze is how it has changed the way we do SEO and link building.
Before using it, we had to use expensive Ahrefs subscriptions to find competitor backlinks, export them to Google Sheets, check which websites were relevant, find contact emails, and then send outreach emails through Gmail. It took hours just to find a few good backlink opportunities.
I really like the UI because, even with so many features, it's still easy to use. Everything from SEO audits and keyword tracking to backlink analysis, CRM, and email outreach is connected in one place. We no longer have to manage everything through different tools and spreadsheets.
Performance has also been great for our workflow. We can move from one task to another without wasting time switching between platforms or repeating the same work. The integrations are another big plus. Connecting Google Search Console helps us track our search performance, while connecting multiple email accounts makes outreach much easier. We can manage most of the process directly from TaskGlaze instead of jumping between different apps all day.
I also like the AI and intelligence features because they help make research and prospect selection easier. With the available filters, research tools, and prospect enrichment features, we can narrow down large lists of websites and find ones that are actually relevant to our project. Instead of checking every website manually, we can spend more time focusing on the opportunities that make sense for us.
Our usual workflow is pretty simple now. We add our website, run an SEO audit, connect Search Console, and track the keywords we care about. Once ranking data is available, we can see which websites are ranking above us and analyze their backlinks using 30+ filters.
We can then add relevant websites to the CRM, enrich their details, and manage outreach from the same platform.
Another useful feature is backlink monitoring. Once we earn a backlink, TaskGlaze automatically monitors it, so we don't have to keep checking manually to see if it's still live.
Overall, I've used several separate tools for these tasks, but having everything connected in one place makes a big difference. It saves us hours of repetitive work and keeps everything organized.
For $39/month, considering how many features are included, I think it's really good value for money. The whole setup is also straightforward enough that our team can get on with the work without making the process unnecessarily complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest “dislike” is honestly that there is so much packed into TaskGlaze that it takes a little time to discover and understand everything. When we first started using it, we were still figuring out how all the SEO, backlink research, filters, CRM, enrichment, rank tracking, and outreach features fit together. Once we understood the workflow, it became much easier. I’d love to see even more guided walkthroughs or tips inside the platform for new users so they can discover the full potential faster.
