The Hungarian regulation obliges public institutions to disclose publicly on their websites certain set of information on their activities, finances, contracts and personnel. TAS monitored, scraped, analyzed, evaluated and stored this information, or lack of information, made rankings and pinged public institutions based on the collected data.
