What do you like best about Tarvent?

Honestly, it just works. I'm not a tech person and I was dreading switching from our old system. Set up my first automation in about 20 minutes. The interface makes sense - doesn't feel like I need a manual for everything. Customer support actually responds quickly, which is rare these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tarvent?

The reports are a bit basic. Sometimes I need to pull specific data for clients and end up having to export to Excel anyway. Also, mobile app is pretty clunky - I usually just wait until I'm back at my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tarvent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had three different systems running for different clients and it was chaos. Now everything's in one place. Saves me probably 5-6 hours a week on admin stuff. Clients seem happier with the consistency too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
