What do you like best about Target Dial?

Sophie (our AI Voice Agent) has provided efficiency in our intake. She answers every inquiry promptly, day or night, and handles callers with patience and warmth. That matters in our line of work, where the first conversation often happens at one of the hardest moments in someone’s life. Hackard Law is a California firm focused on probate, trust, and estate litigation, with an emphasis on elder financial abuse and undue influence. People who call us are often grieving, anxious, or unsure whether they even have a case. Sophie guides them through the intake questions. Pricing and Onboarding have been great. What do you dislike about Target Dial?

Getting the intake script tuned to our practice areas took some initial back-and-forth, but the result was worth it. Some callers abandon in the first 30 seconds. We would like somehow to get them to stay on the call and keep in conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Target Dial solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we brought on Target Dial’s voice agent, “Sophie,” too many of those calls went to voicemail, and our team spent hours each week returning calls that turned out not to fit our practice. She gathers the information we need to evaluate a matter, including who passed away, what estate planning documents exist, what assets are involved, and what happened in the decedent’s final years, and she delivers it to us in a clear, organized summary.
