Tarevo has made our intake process much smoother, made file management easier, communication smooth, and cut down on paperwork so I can take on more. I also like that I can easily view everything I need on one screen such as appointments and the calendar. The billing aspect is extremely easy to use and there are tools available to learn how to use the features. I like that Tarevo keeps looking to improve and stay up to date, especially with how AI can be used ethically and efficiently in a practice. The online support desk responds the same day, and Sherwin and his staff communicate quickly and guide you when needed. His support has been amazing, and I’m glad I met him when I first made the switch to EMR. Tarevo is easy to use for a small practice or when growing to other locations. It’s specific to my needs, and I can make custom adjustments, which feels unique. It’s more concise and suited to my needs than my previous EMR, and the initial setup was extremely easy.
