What do you like best about Tape?

The dev team is in the community every day. They read and act on our feedback instead of filing it away somewhere. They build in public too, so we get to watch features take shape before they ship. After 4+ years running our business on Tape, we've had essentially zero downtime. That kind of stability matters when your whole operation depends on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tape?

There's no native Zapier integration or MCP server yet, so connecting Tape to outside tools takes more manual work than I'd like. The mobile app is also behind the desktop experience right now. Worth noting, they're actively building a new mobile app, so this should improve soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tape solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tape runs every corner of our business. On the client side, it handles project management, estimating, contracts, art proofs, and our help desk. Internally, we use it for BAM, our internal tools, our networking database, and task management.

There's no piece of Fusion that lives outside of Tape. It's our single source of truth. When everything sits in one system, nothing falls through the cracks between departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
