What do you like best about TapClicks?

I like the availability of all the metrics/dashboards we can create. It really is very customizable. We have some issues, but I think we've been able to get through them with their Support team as well as our REP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TapClicks?

It can be very confusing sometimes. There's so much in TAP that it's almost overwhelming sometimes. Because of this, some things do take longer to analyze/create because I'm testing multiple different widgets/dataviews/metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TapClicks:

Take trainings or some sort of TAP academy lesson before diving in. There's ALOT in TAP so it can be overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving attribution problems. Our clients use specific tracking URLs and TAP has allowed us to filter in this data in specific widgets. We also like the benefits derived from the charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
