What do you like best about Tangelo?

What do you dislike about Tangelo?

That my client engagement has ended and I will not be able to interact with the amazing Sophie and Guarav and the rest of the Customer Success Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tangelo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Pre-Onboarding has 67 Tasks, Onboarding another 89. All felt personal and our user experience NPS scores reflected the joy of Tangelo use. We were able to add a COBRA workflow for terminated employees and provide folks with their COBRA letter earlier than snail mail. We were able to add new employees to different training cohorts (OKRs, Leadership 101's, etc.) such that there was no gap in alignment.
