We were in need of an onboarding platform as our company was growing quickly, and we found Tangelo! From the very beginning—over two years ago—the Tangelo team has been amazing. Sophie, their Head of Customer Success, has been an incredible partner, and it's been a pleasure working with her and her team. We’ve watched them grow significantly, and they’re always striving to find better solutions to help us achieve our goals. When we provide feedback, they work to find a solution as soon as possible.

Initially, we signed on just for HR onboarding, but we’ve since expanded our use of Tangelo as a sales enablement tool as well, which has been a HUGE help. Implementation was easy—they helped us upload our previous onboarding to-dos, got us up and running, and were always available for calls. Their platform is very user-friendly and makes it easy to create and customize tasks and workflows. You can embed forms, links, photos, videos, GIFs, and more! I highly recommend Tangelo!! We did have a few issues with automating the addition of users to the platform, but it was an issue beyond the control of both Tangelo and our team.
