"Talroo Streamlines Hiring Events with Clear Performance Visibility and Excellent Support"

What do you like best about Talroo Ad Platform?

it helps streamline our recruiting efforts, especially when it comes to hiring events. I primarily use Talroo for event promotion, and I appreciate how easy it is to manage events and keep track of candidate engagement. We also recently integrated call center tracking through Shield, which has been a great addition to our workflow. Being able to filter by client and view spend, RSVPs, and performance in one dashboard makes it easier to monitor activity and understand what’s working without having to piece information together manually. I also appreciate the visibility Talroo provides into campaign performance and how it helps us manage multiple client initiatives more efficiently. On top of that, the support experience has been excellent. Saja is amazing: she’s responsive, efficient, kind, and always helpful whenever we need assistance. Overall, Talroo has been a valuable tool for our recruiting workflow, helping us stay organized, make more informed decisions, and better support our hiring event efforts. What do you dislike about Talroo Ad Platform?

One area I’d like to see improved is the consistency of reporting between the Events and Analytics tabs. For example, RSVP counts sometimes differ between the two, which makes it unclear which number to rely on when reviewing event performance or sharing updates with clients. If those numbers aligned more consistently—or if there were clearer explanations of how each count is calculated—it would make reporting much easier and increase our confidence in the data. What problems is Talroo Ad Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talroo helps us tackle the challenge of attracting candidates and supporting high-volume hiring needs, especially when clients have multiple openings to fill in a short timeframe. Hiring events give us an additional way to connect with potential candidates, build interest, and bring more people into the recruiting process. I appreciate having a place to promote these events while also tracking RSVPs and performance, so we can better understand engagement and support our clients’ hiring goals. Overall, it helps us stay organized, manage multiple hiring initiatives at once, and give our recruiting efforts more visibility—particularly when hiring demands are high.
