I use Tall Emu CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales opportunities efficiently. What I like most about Tall Emu CRM is that it centralizes customer information and makes it easy to manage sales opportunities in one place. Having all customer information in a single system saves time because we don’t have to search through emails or spreadsheets to find account details, which is a great help. One area that could be improved is the user interface which can feel outdated and requires several clicks to complete some common tasks.
