What do you like best about Tall Emu CRM?

I use Tall Emu CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales opportunities efficiently. What I like most about Tall Emu CRM is that it centralizes customer information and makes it easy to manage sales opportunities in one place. Having all customer information in a single system saves time because we don’t have to search through emails or spreadsheets to find account details, which is a great help. What do you dislike about Tall Emu CRM?

One area that could be improved is the user interface which can feel outdated and requires several clicks to complete some common tasks.
