We have developed the first ever internet based home shopping show in which the customers can buy directly any item promoted during the show. We easily and seamlessly integrated entertaining live video presentations and shopping all in one quick session with our audience through TalkShopLive. Using the drag-and-drop features of the platform to conduct an ideal in-stream sell, where viewers make decisions and actually purchase right within the stream-this has improved our conversion rates drastically. Also, it streams on multiple websites and social networks besides time-shifted video purchase guarantees adding more dimensions in terms of customer engagement-it has actually transformed the business!!! While great for live shopping, transaction fees tend to add up and can be problematic when working with small businesses. We have found the lack of more customization options on the live stream interface to not match our brand's look and feel. Finally, although the interface is straightforward, from time to time, some technical hitches occur during live streams-for instance, delayed responses to the chat and delays in product syncing may totally disrupt the flow of interaction with customers.
