I have been using TalkJS as our primary chatting interface for over 7 years and I am consistently impressed by the stability of the tool and the flexibility of the development team. When I request feature updates, they are usually completed in weeks, sometimes even in days, if the request is reasonable. The support is top-notch; I get direct access to the development team, bypassing typical first-line support. My issues are understood and resolved by people who genuinely know what they're doing. We rarely experience latency or downtime, and if it happens, it's quickly acted upon and resolved in a way that prevents recurrence. I would highly recommend TalkJS to a friend.
