I find Taleva to be an amazing app. What stands out for me is its easy-to-use, intuitive user interface which organizes the whole process effectively, saving me a lot of time. I can freely express myself in their chat feature to specify exactly what I am looking for, and the software filters the target profiles I want. Reviewing shortlisted profiles is simplified, with useful candidate details and contact information easily accessible. I also love the structured process because it helps ensure I hire the right candidate and allows me to spend more time analyzing each one, getting better results. The supportive Taleva team is always there for onboarding and beyond, showing they care about their customers. I appreciate the constant updates that keep improving the software.
