I really appreciate how user-friendly Talentir is, especially when it comes to paying new employees. The initial tour when you first sign up is incredibly helpful, making navigation very easy. Talentir has made it much simpler to pay multiple employers and manage everything across platforms, saving me time that I can allocate to other projects. I also find it very practical that all records are saved for review, and on the payout page, the distinction between Company and Payee options is implemented well, making my job easier.
