I like that Talentia HCM is a true end-to-end, global-first HCM platform built specifically for distributed and remote workforces, unifying all core HR, payroll, talent, and workforce processes into a single cloud system. Its built-in international compliance for multi-region teams is a huge advantage for us. Talentia HCM stands out for its ability to eliminate the tradeoff between HR process centralization and global regulatory adherence. The platform's self-service empowerment for employees and managers drastically reduces the HR admin burden for our small team. I also appreciate the practical features and design choices that streamline day-to-day HR, manager, and employee workflows, reducing friction and boosting adoption. Talentia HCM has solid basic automation but lacks a low-code/no-code advanced workflow builder for complex, cross-process HR workflows. The current workflow tools are limited to single-module tasks, not cross-module automation. Also, it would be great if there were cross-module data sync rules for critical employee data and unified workflow audit trails.
