What do you like best about Talentech?

What I appreciated most was the working relationship with Danique. Throughout the project, she took a highly methodical approach, making sure activities were well planned and delivered efficiently. I especially valued her flexibility and adaptability as our requirements evolved; she consistently took the time to understand what we needed and adjusted the approach accordingly. What do you dislike about Talentech?

There was nothing in particular that I disliked about the project. Communication was clear throughout, and the team remained responsive and accommodating whenever questions or changes arose. Overall, the experience was positive and collaborative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talentech solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talentech has helped us transform what was previously a heavily manual and paper-based onboarding process. We were managing more than 50 different onboarding forms for new starters, which was time-consuming and challenging to track and administer accurately. The new system has streamlined the entire process, providing a single, efficient, and user-friendly platform that improves visibility, reduces administration, and creates a much better experience for both HR and new employees.
