What do you like best about TalentCross?

The candidates they provide are an actual match. Every one they presented had direct, hands on, relevant experience related to what we were looking for. The ability to find talent, in my industry, globally, was something I have yet to see from other LATM talent providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentCross?

Unavoidable but some candidates we really liked ended up moving forward with an in-office role rather than remove. There really was no other negative to our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentCross solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to hire a remote, LATM marketing cordinator with experience in a variety of aspects of marketing. The trick was, we're looking for a coordinator role, not a manager and not somebody to do the hands on marketing work. That was a challenge and add that to our industry and the uniqueness it has, it was a tall task we had. TalentCross was able to source multiple candidates with actual industry experience who were a right fit skill wise. It's something I have never seen before with global talent. We ended up with a fit that has been such a massive addition to our team and has hit the ground running, again, in a way I've never before experienced with a LATM talent agency.
