What do you like best about TalentClick Workforce Solutions.?

The WPP has changed the way my team recruits. It has helped us coach candidates on areas that may have been blind spots. With our clients, it has been a tremendous onboarding tool that allows the managers to understand their new hires and manage them according to the candidates profile.

I understand this may be an unrealistic request, but since you asked...

I would appreciate more insight into behaviors that might be considered unpredictable. While we understand reactive behaviors, it would be beneficial to identify individuals who may be closer to the edge regarding erratic behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a tough question to answer.

Talentclick offers more than just the Workstyle Performance Profile; their 360 reviews have been highly beneficial to our company. Their English and typing proficiency tests are the best I've used in many, many years! These tools have significantly helped us manage the risk our clients take when making offers to our candidates and have helped with understanding employee job satisfaction, which has ultimately reduced our own turnover.
