"Fast and Flexible IoT Development for Mining Applications"

What do you like best about TagoIO?

What I like most about TagoIO is how quickly we can develop and deploy scalable IoT solutions. The platform makes it very fast to design a structured architecture and push new features to production without heavy overhead. It provides a lot of flexibility, allowing us to build exactly what we need while keeping projects well organized and maintainable.

Another standout aspect is the support from the TagoIO team. They are very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful when questions or challenges arise. Having that level of support makes a big difference when working on production IoT systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TagoIO?

One challenge is that occasional changes to the API or SDK can sometimes affect parts of our existing integrations or development around the platform. While updates are understandable as the platform evolves, they can require some adjustments on our side.

Additionally, there are moments where certain details are missing or not fully clear in the documentation, which can slow down development slightly until we clarify the behavior or implementation with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TagoIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

TagoIO allows us to develop IoT applications much faster than building everything from scratch. Because the platform is cloud-based, we don’t need to worry about hosting infrastructure, scaling, or maintaining backend services ourselves. This allows our team to focus primarily on product development and delivering value to our clients.

It also enables us to deliver professional and user-friendly dashboards to our customers, which helps present data in a clear and meaningful way while maintaining a polished client-facing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Alexandre D,

Thanks for taking the time to share this!

The point about API and SDK changes is well taken. We try to keep them tight and communicate clearly, but we know any change still means work on your end.

About the docs... improving them is something we're actively working on. If you find a page or section where info is missing or unclear, drop it in a support ticket so we can capture it and make sure it makes it into the rework: https://support.tago.io/.

Best regards,

TagoIO Team
