The best thing I like about this platform is it is very much easier for us to build an AI agent and even workflow-based applications without having any extensive coding knowledge or any techy in house. Also, I like their visual interface, which is very intuitive and straightforward and having a voice and chat along with workflow automation in a single platform saves considerable development time. And this platform is also very precise in terms of providing training sessions, and this makes this platform very clean and efficient in terms of processing capability. Some of their advanced workflow functions takes bit of time to understand and win, especially we are building more complex applications, it took some learning curve as their extensive features were a bit hard to understand at the beginning. Their documentation integration ecosystem could also be expanded with more practical examples, where we can relate it to day-to-day workflow scenarios, which would have made a large difference.
