What do you like best about Tablesprint?

As Senior Customer Experience & IT Governance Manager at NetSolutions GmbH, the row-level access controls are the feature I rely on daily. I can split client personal data by project team, blocking staff without formal data processing clearance from viewing sensitive EU records, which fully satisfies GDPR’s data minimization mandate. Every single view, edit or file export is automatically logged with user IDs and precise timestamps—no extra plugins needed. When our internal DSB requests audit evidence every quarter, I can pull complete activity logs instantly instead of piecing records together from scattered drives. The drag-and-drop table builder removes reliance on our dev team; my non-technical CX colleagues can build feedback trackers and compliance checklists on their own. The familiar spreadsheet-like layout also minimized team training time, and consolidating all client and governance data in one secure workspace completely eliminated duplicate records we struggled with before. What do you dislike about Tablesprint?

There is no built-in export template formatted to meet Germany’s GoBD fiscal documentation requirements, so every audit log export requires extensive manual rework before we can submit to auditors. The native data retention functionality is extremely limited—there is no automated scheduled archiving or bulk secure deletion to enforce GDPR data storage expiry deadlines. Native integrations for widely used German ITSM platforms are almost non-existent, forcing me to set up repetitive CSV import and export cycles to sync cross-team compliance data, which drags out our monthly governance reporting process. The platform also does not ship pre-built templates tailored for German DSB audit reporting. Initial setup was very labour-intensive too: mapping our legacy client datasets and locking down granular GDPR permission rules took multiple full working days, with no local compliance templates available to speed up configuration before company-wide rollout. What problems is Tablesprint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before switching, our team ran on disjointed shared Excel files and a basic cloud form builder. Duplicate client entries were constant, and we had no consistent trace of who accessed sensitive personal data, creating major compliance risk during official DSB reviews. Tablesprint brings all CX and governance data into a single regulated workspace with inherent access restrictions, erasing redundant records and auto-generating traceable audit trails. Non-technical team members can maintain their own tracking tables independently, reducing routine admin burden on my governance team and drastically cutting the hours we spend preparing supporting audit documentation each quarter.
