What do you like best about TablePort?

We consolidated six systems (Lightspeed POS, Sunday pay-at-table, Nory stock and labour, Dojo card payments, Deliverect delivery integration, and SevenRooms reservations) into one platform. The win isn't a single feature; it's that POS, stock, order & pay, payments, delivery, and reservations all run on one native data model, so everything talks to everything with no third-party integrations to break.

Stock depletes off the till in real time, not a nightly sync. A reservation is the same guest record as the loyalty and allergen profile at the point of sale. Aggregator orders hit the same kitchen ticketing and stock ledger as walk-ins. Payments run natively, so fees, settlement, and sales sit in one dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TablePort?

Nothing, support and software has been excellent. I’ve recommended them to multiple other hospitality owners. We did think that the deployment would be more difficult since we were consolidating so many systems but it was surprisingly straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TablePort solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our core problem was too many systems and no real visibility: five vendors, contracts, contacts, etc. Reconciling data across platforms was a weekly job and we actually had to hire multiple people for it.

Since moving to Tableport, we’ve seen a huge improvement in value for money, it’s just incredibly simple having everything in one system. Also it’s the first company who actually listens when we request some type of product change- they literally put the product in Korean for one of my colleagues in the kitchen to make it easier since that was his first language. Genuinely incredible service and technology that blows away competition.

Sales, stock, labour, and payments in one view, so we finally get true food cost and margin by dish, not five spreadsheets stitched together. Back office is happy, front of house is super happy with the POS, self pay qr etc. would reccomend over and over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
