I have been creating online courses and downloadable resources for a while, and it was always a bit of a nightmare when it came to actually setting up the sales process and shop. With Systeme this takes a few simple clicks for it to work effortlessly. It even automatically suggests things like order bumps and marketing funnels. I realise now that I put off things like updating my site and creating new courses because my old platform was just so tricky to use - now Systeme makes this simple and I'm confident I'll be adding many more offers to my clients over the coming months and years. The migration from my old site to the Systeme was super-professional and efficient - and my allocated migration assistant (Nesrine) was always very patient with me and answered questions very quickly. Massive thank you to her. **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** ALT Text descriptions: In my previous provider, ALT text was added once every time I uploaded an image to my site - then it was re-used every time I used the image somewhere else on my site. In Systeme, this needs to be manually added every time the image is used, so takes a bit of time (especially when course title tiles are re-used over various pages). I am hoping Systeme will prioritise fixing this as the EU Accessibility Directive comes into force in June 2025 and every website will have to have ALT text on all images. It would be especially good if any alt-text I have already written for an image gets automatically added to the file. I have an automated email sequence with my current mailing list provider. This is copied over to Systeme but only for new subscribers. I have to wait for my current subscribers to finish the sequence with my old provder before fully switching to systeme. A bit complex and there is probably another workaroun - if I had time to create a whole new sequence, but this was a little frustrating. It would be good if the switch meant all subscribers switched to their location the the sequence. **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I now only need to pay for Systeme rather than my domain, host, website builder and email marketing. I am very happy with this help with the migration and I consider that systeme.io is a very complete platform that will help me make sales very easily. Furthermore, it is continuously improving and updating the services it offers, which gives me more satisfaction knowing that it is adapting to market needs. I also want to emphasize that the support service is very quick to respond when you have any questions, and they immediately help you or access your account and solve the problem. **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** For now, everything is fine. Just note that when a student is taking a course, upon moving to the next module, you have to refresh the page, otherwise it gets stuck. The free migration system is amazing! I'm not very technical, so it was great to have an expert do all the heavy lifting for me. The process ran smoothly and all my questions and concerns were answered promptly. Couldn't be happier with the customer support! I've so far built a web course on the platform and that was pretty straight forward. Next step is to do more! **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** Nothing really! The only negative is that it takes time to get to know a new system, but I'm sure it will pay of in the end! The tutorial videos help. **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Makes email marketing easier and is not as restrictive as the product I used before, i.e I have a higher contact limit, for less the price! ### 48. Email editor is outdated, doesn't support html, countdown timer and many other standard features. Page editor is clunky and making changes to the desktop page often messes up the mobile version of the page which shouldn't happen, so you are often forced to waste hours on fixing this. Communities are very basic and limited. **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to move my business under one roof with systeme.io and cut the monthly expenses of using mulitple platforms, but most of their features offer substandard quality. ### 49. They are very responsive when any issue arises, and are accomodating. There are fabulous features in setting up sales funnels, beautifully designed landing and sales pages already in place that got me up and running in no time. The Courses page is beautifully done, and I really like how my website looks. Oh, and there are plenty of training modules from both Systeme.io and from outside entreneupeurs that are so helpful! I want to provide a 5-star rating the the migration team. Mohamed is totally awesome to work with! Thank you! **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** Probably the least thing is that I'd like an easy link to my media in one place in case I decide to fix an image that just doesn't work, I'd like to be able to go straight to the media section, upload a new image and delete the old one and that it automatically puts it where it belongs to replace the old. Also, a default "alt image" for SEO that pics up the name from the upload would be great if possible. **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I joined Systeme.io one of the deciding factors was free website migration and cost, but also to be able to collect email addresses and market to my own customers my way. Included with all of that I needed ease of use and to be able to market more than one website. As a new user, I plan to use it to solve the problem of marketing all my different courses and digital downloads to my database as well as to use it in Social media marketing. This benefits me in growing my business and reaching more people so that I can help them solve their problems.
