What do you like best about Synup?

I like being able to look back at how our profiles are performing over time. With several offices, it's easy to get caught up in keeping everything updated and never stop to see what's changing. Synup gives us a way to check that alongside the regular work. For urgent care, people need to find the right office and know when it's open, so getting those basics right matters to us. What do you dislike about Synup?

We're still working on growth. Having Synup and keeping up with the basics hasn't been enough on its own, so there's more work for us to do beyond maintaining our profiles. If there was a way to manage our website through this it would make life lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're trying to be more consistent about our local presence across our offices. Synup helps us keep the information current and follow profile activity over time, rather than making updates and leaving it there. That gives us something concrete to review as we work on growth.
