What do you like best about Synup?

We put a lot of care into how a client's business looks and sounds. Their local profiles are part of that too. What I like about Synup is having a way to work on those details, from the business description to the logo and photos, alongside the rest of what we're doing for them. Those aren't always the most exciting jobs, but they matter when someone is discovering that business for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synup?

I have been asking for a roadmap page in their product and an option to request feature. Still not done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synup solving and how is that benefiting you?

A client's brand actually shows up in more places than their website. Keeping the information and presentation consistent across local profiles is another piece of work to stay on top of. Synup helps us give that side of things attention, so the business people find in search feels connected to the brand we've worked on with the client.
