What I like is that it understands there are really two sides to running an agency. We need a place to manage the actual work, but our clients also need a simple way to see what’s happening without being dropped into all of our internal tools.

Being able to keep clients separated, control what they have access to, and give them a branded experience is a big plus. As the number of accounts grows, those little things matter a lot. You don’t want to reinvent your process every time you bring on another client.

I also like that our team can keep control of things like publisher connections while clients can still see the parts of the service that are relevant to them. Some of the agency setup could be more straightforward. There are quite a few options between branding, client access, permissions and individual account settings, and it takes some time to get everything configured the way you want.

Once it’s set up it makes sense, but I’d like to see more of that initial agency configuration brought into one place.
