"Makes Managing a Lot of Locations Feel Manageable"
5/5
What do you like best about Synup?

What I appreciate most is being able to look at our locations as a whole and then drill down when something stands out. With around 30 locations, checking every office individually just isn’t practical.

I can look at things like profile activity, calls, direction requests and overall listing health to get a sense of which locations may need attention. I also like being able to compare changes over time because the location with the lowest numbers isn’t necessarily the one with a problem. Sometimes it’s the location that suddenly starts trending differently that you want to look at.

It gives our team a much better starting point instead of having to dig through every location one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synup?

There’s a lot of information available, which is useful, but I think the high-level reporting could do a better job of explaining why something changed. If a location looks off, I usually still need to drill into it and look at a few different areas before I understand what might be happening.

I’d love to see more of that analysis brought together automatically, especially when you’re managing a larger number of locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
