What do you like best about Synoptix AI?

Synoptix.ai offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to get value quickly. The platform is straightforward to use, and the team has been exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our experience. It’s great to see an innovative Australian company delivering a well-designed AI solution with strong customer focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synoptix AI?

Nothing so far. I haven’t run into any issues or drawbacks at this point in time the team couldn't help me with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synoptix AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synoptix AI helps cut through a lot of the complexity that usually comes with adopting AI. Instead of juggling different tools, everything is brought together in one place. I really value having the choice of different LLMs depending on the use case, rather than being locked into a single model. The chat experience makes it easy to work with data and knowledge day to day, and building agents and workflows is straightforward, even without heavy technical effort. Overall, it’s helped us experiment faster and turn ideas into something genuinely useful much more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
