What do you like best about Synopsis?

What I like best about Synopsis is how it helps me better understand our business and identify where my focus should be to keep moving it forward. It turns our data into clear, actionable insights, allowing me to make more informed decisions and prioritize what matters most.

Synopsis has also dramatically improved our team's efficiency. Tasks that previously would have taken days or even weeks can now be completed in just a few hours. This gives me more time to focus on strategy, execution, and supporting my team.

It has also made us manage our teams better by giving us a clear picture of each representative’s strengths and areas for improvement. With that visibility, we can provide more targeted coaching, help each rep develop in the areas where they need support, and continue investing in the strengths that make them successful. What do you dislike about Synopsis?

There isn’t much I dislike about Synopsis. Like any evolving platform, there are occasional bugs, but they have not been a major concern because our rep, Kallin, and the broader Synopsis team are extremely responsive. Whenever we run into an issue, they act quickly to address it and find a solution. Their level of support and commitment to improving the platform has made our overall experience very positive. What problems is Synopsis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synopsis is solving several important challenges for our organization. It brings our data together and turns it into clear, actionable insights, helping us better understand the business and identify where our time and attention will have the greatest impact.

It has significantly improved our efficiency by helping us complete projects in hours that previously would have taken days or even weeks. This allows us to spend less time manually gathering and analyzing data and more time acting on it.

Synopsis has also helped us improve sales management and coaching. It gives me a clearer picture of each sales rep’s performance, strengths, and areas for development. As a result, we can provide more focused coaching, hold the team accountable, and continue building on what each representative does well.
