What do you like best about Synopsis?

It has allowed us to link our data across multiple different platforms to make informed decisions both financially and with regard to the use of time for our entire organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synopsis?

We're in the wealth management business. The only restrictions we have are with client information. I wish we could link it to every database. This isn't a synopsis issue but our industry doesn't allow us to link it to every database that we want it to. With everything we have linked it to, it's been incredibly helpful. What problems is Synopsis solving and how is that benefiting you?

Top three uses so far:

1. From spending as the CEO of the company, it's allowed me to analyze data, banking data, financial data, and transactions. It has allowed me to organize them in such a way that we could see our spend rate in all areas of the business, broken down by month or category. The dashboards that are created are user-friendly. What would have taken someone on my staff hours or going through QuickBooks to analyze, I can just ask it a few questions and it does it for me.

2. It's helped with our communications. We hooked it up to our phone system so it allows us to see inbound and outbound phone calls, what they're for, and analyze the data related to response time, what went to voicemail, and who's calling who (because multiple people are in our phone system).

3. We're using it to help with our clients as a value-added proposition to analyze their data internally. Everybody's using AI today but no one has a data infrastructure tool that they're willing to spend the money on. The fact that we're a Synopsis client is allowing us to monetize it and help our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
