What do you like best about Synmatch AI?

The AI-powered interview format was easy to navigate and felt more transparent than a typical black-box application — I got an actual screening score (6.81/10) along with detailed feedback on how to improve, rather than being left wondering. What do you dislike about Synmatch AI?

the audio transcription model could use more training on certain terms — at one point it captured "10 LPA" as something like "10 L A." That said, I appreciated that the platform lets you review and correct the transcript before final submission, so the issue was easy to fix on the spot. What problems is Synmatch AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synmatch AI is tackling two big pain points in job hunting: the black-box nature of screening, and the silence (ghosting) that comes after. Instead of submitting an application and hearing nothing back, I got an actual interview, a concrete score, and detailed feedback on how to improve. That turned an otherwise opaque process into something I could actually learn from and act on — even for roles I didn't move forward with, I walked away knowing what to work on for the next one.
