What do you like best about Synergita?

The UI is intuitive and user-friendly with more features to maintain my KPI's and OKR's in one tool I feel Synergita offers good value for the price, especially because it brings both performance management and OKR tracking into one platform. It reduces the need for multiple tools and makes goal tracking, feedback, and performance reviews much easier to manage. What problems is Synergita solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Synergita for both performance management and OKRs, which helps me keep my goals and performance activities in one place. With OKRs, I can clearly understand what I need to achieve and track my progress against my key results. The performance management side helps me connect those goals with regular feedback, self-assessments, and performance reviews.
