What do you like best about Synergist?

One of the biggest strengths of Synergist is how user-friendly the platform is, along with the technical support. Over the years, the software has continued to evole and improve with each release making the system more intuitive and easier to navigate. Despite being a comprehensive ERP solution with a broad range of functionality, the user interface remains straightforward and accessible for both office and engineers. The standout feature for our business is the scheduling calendar. It provides an excellent visual overview of resourse allocation, helping us schedule jobs more efficiently, improve utilization and respond quickly to customer requirements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synergist?

Integration with other pieces of software, or the CRM software like Salesforce. Althoug the API provides flexibility, business without dedicated technical resources may find it challenging to connect seamlessly to other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synergist solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Synergist to unify quoting, purchasing, and scheduling in one system, improving clarity on gross margin. It also provides a user-friendly scheduling calendar allowing us to see engineer availability and plan jobs accurately.
