"The positives of using Synergis Adept software."

What do you like best about Synergis Adept?

We have been using Adept to manage engineering documents and drawings for our facilities since 2014. Our engineering and maintenance team members can search for and view documents from any of our process facilities. The Full Text Search capability across all of these documents has significantly reduced the time it takes to locate what we need. The web client is very user-friendly and can be customized for each end user. The software has also been extremely stable. On the occasions when we have needed to contact customer service, they have been very responsive and helpful. Overall, both the product and the customer service are second to none. With the new subscription plans, it is easier to stay up to date on the newest release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synergis Adept?

What problems is Synergis Adept solving and how is that benefiting you?

We maintain over 200,000 drawings and engineering documents across multiple facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Being able to run full-text searches across all documents, regardless of facility, has helped our personnel consistently access the most up-to-date versions. There’s no lag between when a document is updated and when we can view it, so we no longer have to wait for an updated PDF to be created and placed on the network. Adept has also reduced human error, including accidental file deletion, duplication, overwriting, and similar issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
