What do you like best about Synergis Adept?

Using the Adept CAD integration task panes drastically improves the design workflow. Engineers have access to existing parts, designs, documents, etc. with a quick search and never have to leave their CAD program.

The Adept filesystem also does not move or rename any of your drawings & documents into a database. Instead, it "wraps around" an existing file structure. This great for existing business apps that rely on that structure and naming convention and it is great for disaster recovery - no export tools are needed to access your data inventory in a crisis situation.

Lastly - the Synergis support team is world-class. No other software company anywhere works as closely with their customers. The Synergis staff is incredibly responsive and consistently go above and beyond to solve customer issues. For a system that your business cannot operate without, this is invaluable. What do you dislike about Synergis Adept?

The web version of the Adept platform is not very phone/tablet friendly which can be a hinderance to mobile users in a manufacturing or field environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Consider how valuable your documents and data is. And consider how important true document control and management, configured to YOUR requirements, is to your organization. Data is the cornerstone of any business today and not securing it is a huge risk. If you want to do it right and do it well, the Adept platform is the gold-standard. What problems is Synergis Adept solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to create relationships between very different but related files & documentation. This allows various departments in our organization to easily access the full scope of a project without having to discretely search and retrieve all the various types of information they need.
