What problems is Synergis Adept solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer execute business processes by manually transmitting paper documents between functional departments. Documents are now contained within Adept and are quickly accessible to a variety of users with no significant manual effort for review and usage. We have realized an increase in business process efficiency and have ensured that office floor space does not have to be allocated for document file storage. As we have grown over the past year, Synergis Adept has been instrumental in ensuring new hires get a good sense of business information flow thus getting them productive quickly and understanding the dynamics between functional departments.
