"Simple way to manage Google Workspace email signatures across our team"

What do you like best about SyncSignature?

The biggest advantage is having a single place to manage every employee's email signature. We're a SaaS company using Google Workspace, and before SyncSignature, keeping signatures consistent was almost impossible as the team grew.

We created a standard template once, connected our Google Workspace account, and everyone had the same professional signature. Updating job titles, contact information, or marketing banners takes just a few minutes instead of asking each employee to make changes manually.

What do you dislike about SyncSignature?

The template editor takes a little time to get familiar with, especially when using dynamic fields for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SyncSignature solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of inconsistent email signatures across the company. We no longer have outdated phone numbers, missing logos, or employees using different formats.

It has also made it much easier to run company-wide email banner campaigns without involving everyone individually. From an IT and operations perspective, it saves time, improves brand consistency, and removes a lot of manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
